Wow. This is picture jumped out at me right away. It's really creepy. I think it's the pose that does it for me, particularly San's hunched up shoulder... eerie. The painterly handling of the background juxtaposing the more defined rendering of the figure works for me and helps keep the focus on San. Well done.

I might have added a few more bloodstains to balance the one in the left corner out, but I could also be distracted by the random butterfly. San is awfully bloody, but for the most part, her surroundings are eerie yet pristine.

Overall, awesome picture. Great movie too.
